REGISTRATION FEES

until February 29th R$ 250,00
from March 01st until April 30th R$ 270,00
from May 01st until June 30th  R$ 300,00
on site R$ 350,00

Note that we have not included the meals in the prices above. So, these fees cover conference materials, coffee-breaks and full access to the conference sessions (on a first come-first served basis).
Other meals and transportation are not included; there are many different options of restaurants both in the Conference venue and in the Sheraton WTC surrounding area.

 CONFERENCE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All ABCI Conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be e-mailed to R. Hamam (email). Telephone requests will not be honoured.

  • until June 30th, requests will be subject to 100% refund
  • after June 30th, requests will not be eligible for a refund.

ABCI will refund fees as soon as possible and no later three (3) weeks after the conference has concluded.

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place instead of requesting a refund. To do so, please inform the organizing committee by e-mail.
